19 days
I am trying to not count too much, for it makes the days pass slowly, but...19 days until I'm back in Hallstatt.
I've been pretty busy so far this summer, just ask my yard. I haven't been doing a good job of keeping up with cutting the grass, and it sort of looks like it wants to become a meadow with sheep and goats and woodchucks and whatnot. I'm not opposed to that in the least, but my anal retentive neighbor probably is. When I walked out the front door this morning and hopped into my car, I could smell the chemicals on his yard again. You'd think that he'd finally figure out why his garden won't produce anything...what with his trying to compost his phosphorous-laden, herbicide-soaked grass clippings in there. I'd tell him, but it's more fun to listen to his rantings when his pumpkin plant dies. I wonder when he'll figure it out.
I have a hair appointment with Teri on the 25th, 9:30 am in Reedsburg. I hope that she can lunch with me afterwards at the Deli Bean.
